Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their property listings. Buyers are advised to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any property transaction.

2.3 Direct Communication

Once a buyer expresses interest in a property, they will be connected directly with the seller to arrange viewings, negotiations, and any other aspects of the transaction. NaijaLand Properties is not involved in these negotiations.

2.4 No Transaction Facilitation

NaijaLand Properties does not process payments, hold funds, or facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. All financial arrangements are handled directly between the parties involved.

2.5 Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are strongly advised to verify all property details, location, documentation, and legal status before committing to any purchase. We recommend conducting site inspections and engaging legal professionals when necessary.

2.6 Seller Responsibility

Sellers must ensure they have the legal right to sell the property they list. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information and responding to buyer inquiries in a timely manner.

2.7 Platform Disclaimer

NaijaLand Properties is not liable for any disputes, losses, or issues arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. We provide the platform for connection but do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any transaction.

3.1 Inspection Policy

• Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect properties before making any financial commitments.
• Site inspections are arranged directly between buyers and sellers.
• NaijaLand Properties does not arrange or conduct property inspections.
• Failure to inspect absolves NaijaLand Properties of any responsibility for post-purchase disputes.

• Engaging legal professionals for title verification is highly recommended.
• NaijaLand Properties does not verify property documents or legal status.

3.3 Transaction Terms

3.5 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from property transactions must be resolved directly between buyers and sellers. NaijaLand Properties may assist with communication but is not responsible for dispute resolution.
